Fernando Rey Belo, born in the city of São Paulo on 9 November 1976, has a degree in Media and Advertising from the Methodist University of São Paulo and post graduate degree in Design from the Superior School of Advertinsing and Marketing (ESPM).

Interested in Art from a young age, he attended classes with the teacher and plastic artist Katye Barros and with only 12 years of age, had already participated in various art exhibitions, amongst them:

* National Union of Plastic Artists in the Second World Showcase National

* Visual Arts Brazilian Society of Visual Arts on the 1st Brazilian Grand Prize of Arts

* Works Rewarded Nucleus of Art and Culture in the New Era VI Palette of Gold Award for Visual Arts, this time applying the technique of oil on cavas.

In 2002, Fernando Rey Belo developed a unique technique of Art on Paper. This technique is extraordinary not only because of the beauty of the work but also because of the meticulous and laborious process of production and amount of details, which means that each of his works require months to be completed.
